1, How do I download?
Visit this page on how to download, if you are trying to download from the forum but are getting a error message this could be due to not being a member of the forum.

2, Is this free?
Yes, all files are free to download. No catch, no money, no nothing. We just want people to enjoy and take part in talking about the shows they watch.

So how do you make money? We don't we do it for the love not the money :)

3, Its a RAR file, its in parts and won't open?
You will need to download all the parts then open them with Winrar to get the file. Its just like a ZIPed folder but files can be split into small parts. The file size will still be the same and the file will still be one whole file and not four parts as it joins them together. Don't forget you need all the parts and winrar before you will see the file.

If you are using a Mac try using Unrarx to open the files

4, I only got 300mb from Megashares, my video only plays 30 mins?!
On Megashares you need a download manager or a link card from the site. The maxim download without these is only 300mb and most TV Shows are 350mb so you will be cut off meaning you only have 30 minutes of the show.

5, Main show links are dead I need a mirror/new download?
Visit the forum and get 30 posts, then once you have 30 posts make a request.

6, Will you put movies on here?
No, there will not be movies posted on this website.

7, When will (TV Show) be back on?
Our calendar has been removed sorry, try looking in the forum

8, Should I donate money?

10, Why Sexuploader/megarotic download links?
Most of the older lost Episodes are hosted on Sexuploader/megarotic, this may sound like a unsafe website to download from but don't please do not worry as the site is ran by the makers of megaupload and is identical to it. This site is only used because megaupload didn't allow you upload more than 250 MB for free. You will not get Spyware and is 100% safe.

11, I have Difficulties connecting to Rapidshare: UK BT customers

12, I want to play the episodes on my DVD player, how do I get it on DVD?
Getting a .avi file onto a DVD can be easy but you will need programs to convert the file to a DVD format first. Tips on what to do and how to do it can be found on the forum.

13, I downloaded an episode and the audio is broken. How do I fix it?
The chances are most likely that you need the AC3 audio codec.

14, When I click a download link, I get a website blocked by Google message?
Google has now blocked all Linkbucks.com links which we sometimes use to help support the server costs. There isn't anything wrong with the download it is a website before you reach the main download page that has the error. We are no longer using Linkbuck links because of this message. You can find out more about this issue in our forum topic.

15, How do I play/watch RMVB files?

Using Real Player: http://uk.real.com/player/more will play the smaller download files.
